These Terms & Conditions govern the printing services provided by Al-Anaab Advertising LLC("Al-Anaab", "we", "us") to you ("Client", "you") in Dubai and across the UAE. By placing an order — in person, on WhatsApp, by phone, by email or through our website — you accept these Terms.
1. Quotations
Written quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude 5% VAT unless clearly stated as inclusive. Prices may be revised for changes in specification, quantity, material availability or artwork.
2. Orders & confirmation
An order is confirmed only after you approve the final quote and, where required, pay an advance. Al-Anaab may decline any order at its discretion.
3. Artwork & approvals
- You are responsible for the accuracy of artwork, spelling, colour references, dimensions and legal use of any brand, logo or image supplied.
- Where we prepare a digital proof, production starts only after your written approval (email or WhatsApp).
- Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed result due to material, finish and printing method. A physical proof can be requested at extra cost.
4. Payment
Standard terms are 50% advance and balance before delivery, unless a credit account has been agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, cash and card payments. Ownership of goods remains with Al-Anaab until full payment is received.
5. Turnaround & delivery
Turnaround times begin from the moment artwork is approved and the advance is received. Delivery dates are estimates; while we work hard to hit them, we are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, couriers, customs or events beyond our control (force majeure).
6. Quantity tolerance
For offset and large-format runs, a standard industry tolerance of ±5% on delivered quantity may apply.
7. Cancellations & changes
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled. Any material, plate or setup costs already incurred will be charged. Change requests after approval may affect price and delivery date.
8. Returns & claims
Please inspect goods on delivery. Claims for defects, shortages or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and samples. Approved claims are resolved by reprinting the affected quantity or issuing a credit note — whichever we determine appropriate. Custom-printed goods cannot be returned for reasons of preference.
9. Intellectual property
You warrant that you own or are licensed to use any artwork, logos, images or text supplied for printing, and you indemnify Al-Anaab against any third-party claim arising from their use. We retain the right to display finished samples in our portfolio and social media unless you notify us otherwise in writing.
10. Liability
Al-Anaab's total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order to which the claim relates. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business or reputation.
11. Confidentiality
We treat your artwork and business information as confidential and use them only to fulfil your order.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
